Any sensitive information relating to points 1 and 2 is destroyed after six months from the last contact with the person concerned.

Each sensitive information of point 3 is kept for five years from the last activity with the client.

Standard Ethics has a newsletter providing non-commercial and public interest information. They are information also used by journalists and for statistical and scientific purposes. Subscription to the newsletter (point 4) and its processing are considered valid until the user is unsubscribed, by clicking on the link present in each post. In order to periodically evaluate the appropriateness of all data, every twelve months a verification message containing the unsubscribe link will be sent to all users.
